Case Studies - Working with Groups
For 8 years we have coached a large number of
international bankers in all aspects of communicating
effectively including speaking at conferences, sales
pitches, and negotiations. This work has focussed on
management development rather than preparing individuals or
teams for specific events. Thus a ‘talent bank’ of highly
skilled bankers has been created who are expected to earn a
significant part of the bank’s revenues
For 14 years we have been helping Airbus with sales
presentations, customer relationship management,
negotiations as well as individual coaching up to SVP level.
In addition various individuals and groups have been coached
for key events such as the suppliers conference for the A380
aircraft. Most of this work has been in France but also
includes Germany and Beijing.
A series of law partners wanted in short sessions to
improve the presentation, persuasion and negotiating skills.
The sessions were for pairs of partners in 90 minute
timeslots.
